Cant access 192.168.13.31:9191 or 192.168.13.31:9443

Hi I am having issues connecting to the Ace Manager page. I’ve set my ip range and can ping the rv50 in cmd but the page just wont load.
I’ve tried multiple brand new rv50s and different pcs and they are the same. It seems to only affect the new batch ones using version 4.14.0? Any ideas what I could try??

Figured it out the new ip is 192.168.14.31:9443.
They should have written that somewhere…

Hi jack2,

As a default configuration, you can only access via IP 192.168.14.31 when using USB cable.

If you cannot access via IP 192.168.13.31 with an ethernet cable, please follow this topic

Thanks for explaining, once I programmed it over usb the lan port started working!.
