Hello, I am having difficulties connecting to the Ace manager on my RV50. When I enter the default access IP address it says it refuses to connect. I have internet access and the sim card is working fine but i am unable to access the ace manager to set up my ports/ update firmware and such. Is there something I can do to connect to ace manager?

It is an existing one, I obtained one from ebay as I was in a hurry to grab one. But unfortunately I have tried all the ace manager IP to try to connect to the device with no luck. I even updated the device via the recovery mode (which is the only way I can bring up AceManager on the device) and it still gives me that message that it refuses to connect. Is there something that might be wrong with the unit itself?

Did you get the ethernet interface as the screenshot when you connect RV50 to your PC via USB cable?
