RV50 can't conecct ace manager, no

Dear Wireless team,
I am Enrique Echeverria from the University of Granada, Spain.
My RV50 router cannot connect to the Ace Manager after a failed upgrade.
It has not been able to connect to the Internet, so it does not appear as active in:

Is there a possibility to be able to launch a firmware update.
I have already performed numerous factory resets and it does not respond (although the flashing code of the reset is fine).
What could I have left to fix the problem?
Any help would be appreciated
Or an update from the USB connection when in recovery mode?
USB Driver One-Click

Is it possible to do something similar to this?
Steps similar to the following could be followed:

Upgrade the RV50 via USB:

Install the USB Serial driver (or leave USB-NET if you just want RNDIS).

Download the corresponding .spk firmware.

Copy the file to a FAT32 formatted USB stick and rename it to rv50.spk (or other name, but without spaces).

With the router turned off, insert the USB into the OTG micro-USB port (or with an adapter cable if standard).

Turn on the RV50; the USR LED will blink orange while the package is charging; it takes about 4 minutes.

When the LED returns to solid green, remove the USB and manually reboot.

Hi @eechmar,

Welcome to our community!
Based on your description, it seems that you cannot connect to Ace Manager after a failed upgrade on RV50. Could you please answer the questions below to check the issue?

  1. When accessing the RV50 via USB, do you see any interface appearing like the one in the attached image?
  2. Please share a screenshot of the Network Adapters and Ports sections under Device Manager with me.
  3. If it shows an IP like in my screenshot, then when you access https://192.168.14.31:9443/, what does the screen display? Please share a screenshot with me.

Thanks,
