Dear Wireless team,
I am Enrique Echeverria from the University of Granada, Spain.
My RV50 router cannot connect to the Ace Manager after a failed upgrade.
It has not been able to connect to the Internet, so it does not appear as active in:
Is there a possibility to be able to launch a firmware update.
I have already performed numerous factory resets and it does not respond (although the flashing code of the reset is fine).
What could I have left to fix the problem?
Any help would be appreciated
Or an update from the USB connection when in recovery mode?
USB Driver One-Click
Is it possible to do something similar to this?
Steps similar to the following could be followed:
Upgrade the RV50 via USB:
Install the USB Serial driver (or leave USB-NET if you just want RNDIS).
Download the corresponding .spk firmware.
Copy the file to a FAT32 formatted USB stick and rename it to rv50.spk (or other name, but without spaces).
With the router turned off, insert the USB into the OTG micro-USB port (or with an adapter cable if standard).
Turn on the RV50; the USR LED will blink orange while the package is charging; it takes about 4 minutes.
When the LED returns to solid green, remove the USB and manually reboot.
