When I connect via ethernet, I get a 192.168.30.x address and unable to get a login prompt for ace manager. Gateway is .1. I tried pointing the browser to the gateway on ports 9191 or 9443 with no login prompt. If I use the USB cable, I get IP 192.168.14.100 - Gateway is 192.168.14.31. I tried pointing various web browsers to the gateway on the above ports with no login prompt. I even brought up a private browser and Chrome’s incognito browser, no luck. I can ping my IP and the gateway. I then reset the Airlink RV50 to factory default. No change. Basically, I can’t get ace manager to come up. From my client system, I disabled the firewall and anti-virus with no luck. Please advise
Added info: when using the USB connection, I get IP 192.168.14.100 - Gateway is 192.168.14.31. When I point the edge browser in private mode to the gateway, port 9443, I get Err_connection_reset. If I point it to port 9191, I get Err_connection_refused. Obviously, it doesn’t like port 9191. I think ace manager is having issues. I get no login prompt. Ace manager keeps severing the connection.
Hi @bjones,
Welcome to our community!
Could you please answer the questions below to check the issue?
-
When accessing the RV50x via USB, do you see any interface appearing like the one in the attached image?
-
Please share a screenshot of the Network Adapters and Ports sections under Device Manager with me.
-
If it shows an IP address like the one in my screenshot, then when you access https://192.168.14.31:9443/, what screen appears? Please share a screenshot with me.
Thanks,
