I received a new batch of 10 modems to set up and network light is flashing red/amber indicating no radio module firmware. I attempted to install current version of Verizon Radio firmware and get a message ‘Invalid firmware, Radio Module is not compatible’. Verizon is identified under Current Information. Is there an updated firmware that hasn’t been made available? How do i get rid of the error?
Please check the current ALEOS firmware and Radio Module Type, Radio firmware version of your RV50.
Make sure that they are the latest FW, if not, please install ALEOS firmware first, and then Radio firmware.

If SIM is not inserted to this device ( (or incorrect SIM), the Network light will be flashing amber. Please re-insert correct SIM and then check APN ( Go to WAN/Cellular -> Cellular ->SIM Slot 1 configuration and set correct APN). Then reboot module.
