Verizon refuses to activate EM7565

Trying to get a EM7565 connected on Verizon. Was running on Verizon just fine for months. Was deactivated for one month, and now Verizon will not reactivate. They claim the Em7565 IMEI is not approved and E911 compliant. Something changed with Verizon in just the last few months. Does Sierra Wireless have any feedback on this issue?

I do not work for Sierra Wireless but I am familiar with this. Is your host device tested and approved by Verizon. This is how to solve your problem.
