Using EM series USB devikit. First of all who knows which Antennas to plug in. there are 5!!
I only need LTE functionality so plugged in ANT0 and ANT(Main)
on Windows 11 its detecting the modem and the sim (Verizon) too.
But it shows Verizon(no service) in Windows network manager
I have even downloaded the FW from Sierra support

Does it work with other operator like tmo or ATT?
Tried it with ATT and didnt work. Even tried it with Verizon sim that works on different vendor (Quectel) module and even that one didnt work
Are you using the correct PRI file when using different operator?
seems nothing is working with your EM7565…
not sure AT!RMARESET to reset the module can help…
I have only downloaded the vendor provided FW files from Sierra. I just looked at CGDGONT to see if it has the right APN. Not sure how to use the correct PRI file. Where can I find instructions to do that?

I re downloaded this. It successfully flashed. But still same issue. I feel somehow the correct APN is either not being applied or the antennas are not plugged in properly for connectivity. (right now there is one on ANT0 and ANT(MAIN))
What can I share to help debugging?

I think your antenna has some problem, in my test, even it is not registered to network, it should have some RSSI value:

Changing the antenna cable helped getting connection back. However when I try connecting my laptop to the LTE network it gives an error that cell service isnt working properly
