Using Starlink with MP70

Hello, my organization is looking at deploying Starlinks for connectivity to our MP70 devices. Does anyone have any experience with doing this or is there a guide to how to build this connection?

I am also looking for a configuration setting for the mp70 and a Starlink.

It currently does not stay connected

We we using Verizon and a MP70.

I’m having trouble keeping the Starlink connected. It keeps dropping the connection and when it is connected, I have less than one megabyte speed.

When I connect the factory Starlink router, everything works perfectly so I’m guessing there is some sort of a setting or packet loss between the mp70 and the Starlink dish

Hi @rlawrence78,

Please get the log and template log by following the instructions and send them to me so I can further check.

1.The configuration template file is in ACEmanager → Template, provide any name you desire for the Template Name, and then press Download to retrieve the template file.

2.Collect logs procedure:

a. Go AceManager > Admin > Configure Logging

  • Set all log levels to DEFAULT (NOTICE)
  • Set Linux Syslog to DISPLAY

b. Reboot the gateway.

c. Perform your test again.

d. Go Admin → View log → Download Logs.
