Upgrade options for EM7455?

I have the EM7455 model on my lenovo yoga 1st generation laptop.
The wifi internet speed max is 100Mbt whereas internet comes at 500Mbt at the house.
Is it possible to upgrade this module? What are my upgrade options? Could you suggest some models that I can replace this with?

it seems to be Generic from the device manager.

Upgraded to the latest Generic, download speed improved by 10% only from 100 to 110MB.

My iphone gets 400MB when connecting to home router via wifi.

Any option to replace this module with a better one?
