does it work in Windows PC with tera term SSH connection?
What firmware is using in this module?

are you able to erase the userapp partition in UART console and see if the SSH is OK afterwards?

According to the release note of fw r12, QTI9X07-2870 is to fix userapp partition being erased which is security hole.
