SL8082BTAR USB driver for Windows 2018 R2 64 bit

Hi,

USB driver version: 11.5.0.0
Windows OS: Windows 2018 R2 64 bit
Module: SL8082BTAR

Issue: USB driver installed successfully, “Sierra Wireless AT Command Port (UMTS) (COM7)” was shown. But after 5 minutes, it changed to “Unknown Device”.

Have tried on another PC, facing the same problem

Does Sierra Wireless USB driver version 11.5 support Windows 2018 R2 64 bit?
Or this is module/terminal issue?

We discovered the root cause – it is power issue.

When there is no power, COM port will disappear.
