Sending report to server failed for 10 reason Operation not permitted

We have not been able to get location reports through our vpn on our new mp70 modems. We have several old ones working just fine. We receive the following error in the logs… “Sending report to server failed for 10 reason Operation not permitted”. The following is a snippet of the recurring error from the logs. The vpn is up but no data is coming through. All ip’s and port information is correct. Does anyone know what we could be missing here? Thanks.

I have seen the issue almost same as your case and it was fixed in the ALEOS 4.15.3, please upgrade to the ALEOS 4.15.3 following the link below, then try again:

Thank you for the response. I apologize for my delayed response.

The modems have been upgraded to ALEOS MP70 LWM2M (4.15.3.003) and the same problem persists.
