Hi, I need to reset the device because it was stuck in the booting process.
I brought it in recovery mode and then update the Aleos firmware, after the device reboots i’m not able to reach it anymore to update radio module and reload the template.
It’s plugged into my computer with an ethernet cable, I see the network but can’t reach it on the Ace manager.
Any sugestions?
If you had old firmware in there and updated to 4.17, then the port changed for ACE Manager. Did you try:

Have you followed the instructions on page 19 of the RV55 Series Software Configuration Guide correctly?
There are a few things to note:
- Recovery mode is not supported on USBnet.
- Press the Reset button for more than 20 seconds. (Release the button when the Power LED flashes amber.)
Then, launch your browser and enter the IP address and port number http://192.168.13.31:9191
***The HTTPS log-in feature described on page 17 does not apply to Recovery Mode.
