RV50X recovery mode not working

Hi Sierra Team,
We have RV50x, one of the user wanted to do some IP changes, user did a long reset for more than 20 seconds, now only recovery mode page appears.

We downloaded north america abd even apac RV50_4.12.0.028.bin to update the firmware.
It should return to Ace manager webpage once install, it displays successfully installed, but again returns to Recovery mode webpage.

Howdo I bring it back to normal acemanager web login. Is there any alternate method ?
Please give pointers on this.
Also did try the same on using AT commands
ATRCVRUPDATE=192.168.13.200,somshekar,***,RV50_4.12.0.028.bin

Says Ok nothing happens

Hi. I have got a similar problem. Did you manage to solve the issue?

We had to return to Sierra back to get it repaired, not get it back yet
