I have an IoT device behind an RV55 set up with port forwarding. Currently, some ports are passing through but not others. Specifically, trying to access the web server on port 443 fails. Other ports that I have set up to allow access via the IoT configuration software mostly work, but html pages dont load, only the pages using a jvm are successful in loading. All connectivity worked fine when the web server was set up on my local network (before getting sent to the field and connected to the RV55). Are there some settings in the RV55 firewall that need to be changed for filtering inbound/outbound? The port forwarding rules are already set for 443: [inbound:443 ->{localip:443] so all incoming should route 443 packets to the internal web server.
Hi @mgoede,
- Which Aleos version is your RV55 running? If it’s not the latest, please update to the lastest firmware to see if the issue still occurs.
- Please refer to the firmware for RV55 at the following link: https://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/airlink/software_downloads/rv55/rv55-firmware-list/#sthash.bhgskJqt.dpbs
- Additionally, please share the log file and template file with me.
Thanks,
System is running ALEOS RV55 LWM2M (4.17.1.005)
