RV55 Modem disconnecting after establishing communication

Hi Team,

Below is the message , I am getting from Modem log,

Can any one help me to understand the meaning of this: I assume its cellular issue? Please confirm

Could you please take a look at the below question/concern and share your answers?

  1. Please confirm the antenna is attached to the device.
  2. Which ALEOS version and Radio Module Firmware that RV55 is running? If not latest, please refer to the following link to get the latest ALEOS version and Radio Module Firmware then recheck whether the problem is resolved

  3. Could you please let me know which carrier’s SIM card you are using?
  4. How did you set up the APN for your RV55? via Web GUI or AT command? Please share with me the screenshot.
  5. Additionally, could you please share full log file and Template file on RV55 for analysis?
