RV55 Invalid username

Been trying to troubleshoot a login issue with regards to a newly purchased RV55 just this week. Attempting to get into the ACE manager to do the required setup and the default password on the bottom of the machine and the “12345” password are not working. I’ve attempted to use “admin”, “user”, & the SN of the unit as the username and nothing works. Have done resets by hold the device reset switch for 5 seconds and 20 seconds, results are the same.

Issue persists no matter the ip address attempted.

According to the description, I understand that your device has the default password printed on the underside of the device.
When you perform a factory reset by pressing the hardware Reset button for between 7 and 20 seconds, did you release the button when the Power LED flashed red?
Please make sure to use the correct username “user” and the password shown on the label attached to the underside of the device.
If there is no label, the default password is 12345.

From the RV55 software user guide, there is another way to reset the factory default password, which is by doing it through AirVantage.
Could you please let me know if your device has been registered on AirVantage yet?

I am also facing a similar problem. I cannot access Ace manager with the default password that is printed on the bottom of the modem. I have tried factory resetting the modem but still no success with Ace Manager

Could you please answer the questions below to narrow down the issue?

  1. Please try using the default password of 12345 to log in to ACE Manager and let me know the results.
  2. If you can not log in to ACE Manager with the default password 12345, or the default password is printed on the bottom of the modem.
    There is another way to reset the factory default password, which is by doing it through AirVantage.
    Could you please let me know if your device has been registered on AirVantage yet?

I have tried to do the factory reset, by pressing the reset button until it flashes red but that was still not successful.

I have registered my devices to the AirVantage, I saw on the forum a post regarding resetting the modem through AirVantage.

I provided a screenshot below, the difference between mine and the forum post was another tab left of the ‘Timeline’ which I do not have.

After checking, could you please try executing a SYNC job as per below to display the Configuration tab in ALMS? Once this is completed, both systems will now show the configuration tab.
