Hello.
Have 2 routers Rv55.
Have problem with both of them
First one can not login open web login interface.
Second one web interface working but password does not work.
Password correct because can connect to WIFI of router via this custom password printer on the sticker. Did reset but still same.
What the ways to solve this issues?

Hi @andy.manager,

For the first device, are you accessing the RV50X via a USB cable?
If correct, do you see any interface appear like the one shown in the attached image? Please share a screenshot of the Network Adapters section in Device Manager with me.

If it shows an IP like the one in the screenshot, you should be able to access https://192.168.14.31:9443/

→ I still don’t fully understand your point here. Is it that you can’t log into the login page using the default password printed on the label? Or is it that you can’t log into Wi-fi by Wi-Fi password?
If neither, could you please describe the issue in more detail?
Thanks,
Chau
I am also having the same problem. I can access the wifi portion on my RV 55, but when I am on the ACE manager login page, when I input the default password from the back of the unit, it tells me the user name/ password is incorrect. I have tried resetting the unit multiple times but doesn’t take the default password.
I need to be able to get into the settings.
Hi @rwalker2214,
Welcome to our community!
Based on your description, I understand that you lost the password and are trying to log in using the default password.
In that case, you need to reset the device to factory defaults. To do this, press the hardware Reset button for between 7 and 20 seconds (release the button when the Power LED flashes red).
After resetting to factory defaults, the user password will be reset to the default password. At that point, you can log in to the device using the password on the label.
Thanks,
