When I enter through the Ace Manager to my RV50 , everything is ok, the serial device number is the same that the one that appears physically in my device .
Then I apply a template that was given from one of our engineers that is no longer working with us , it works fine , but the serial number it´s not the one that physically it´s on my device.
I went further and I opened the xml template and there´s a line in the file that has a fixed value
So anytime that enter the RV50 it shows this fixed value and I want that it shows me the real value
I guess that if I modify tha value of the line it can show me the real value , but I´m not sure and I´m not an expert in xml files
Any sugestions ???
