I followed the RV50 manual. After uploading the RV50_115200.xml template file, I rebooted the modem, but the website kept processing forever… Then I turned off the power of the RV50. But now I was not able to open the ACEmanger website any more (http://192.168.13.31:9191). I tried again and again but still didn’t work (even tried other laptop on hand ). Anyone has any ideas that I can do for next? Really appreciate your help!
What do you know of this template file you loaded? It possibly changed the LAN IP addressing of the RV50 to a different subnet than 192.168.31.xxx. If that is the case, your computer likely got a different IP address assigned by the RV50. Open up a command window and type the ipconfig command to see what is going on with your ethernet addressing, as assigned by the RV50.
