Remote firmware update error with the Airvantage web interface

Hi,

I have tried to update a XR80 router from the firmware version 5.0.86 to 5.1.78 remotely through the Airvantage interface and run into an error message when I have tried,

This is the page I get with the error message:

To narrow down the issue, please answer the question:
Have you tried upgrading firmware on another XR80, if have, then do you have a similar issue?
If possible, please share the URL link to the device’s system on AirVantage with me.

Hi @jerdung Thank you for the reply! I haven’t updated remotely previously as last time I physically connected to the router via a ethernet cable to my laptop, I dont have another XR80 to test on too,
