XR80 Configuration page error

I am attempting to enter multiple XR80s configuration page and receive the same error every time. Also get the same error when I attempt to log in to the XR80s remotely. This is only happening after I updated the XR80s and only on certain ones. I can access others without an issue.

REBOOT THE DEVICE

Hi @bpalacios,

Welcome to our community!

  • From the description, I understand that you’re experiencing issues accessing XR80 locally or via ALMS as depicted in the image you provided. And before the OS firmware update, the device was operating normally, is that correct?

  • At that time, what OS firmware version was the device running? Then, which OS firmware did you update to?

  • What OS firmware are the other devices you can access running?

  • Please share the URL link to the device on ALMS with me.

Thanks,

Hi @bpalacios,

Please try the following method to see if it helps:

For local access, the user can create a failed login attempt (using an incorrect password) to raise a notification - once this is done, the user can then use correct credentials and successfully login to the system.

Ensure that the “auto-fill password” feature is disabled in the web browser, or the user can use an “incognito” or “private” browser tab to ensure that any previously saved cookies or cached items will not interfere with the login attempt.

Thanks,
