If the information in the link is still not sufficient to help resolve issue, please provide the following:
a. Procedure in step by step that you perform to configure VPN and connect to the VPN server through remote client and got the problem. Please share whether you have any screenshot/error for the problem
b. Please share the template from current configuration of your device: Working with Device Templates - XR80-5.3 - Sierra Wireless
c. Please share the Regular logs with me, it is recommended that all the settings Log levels be kept at NOTICE: Logging - XR80-5.3 - Sierra Wireless
