Q2687 problem

Hi,

I’ve been using Fastrack for some time now, quite successfully. Now, I’ve decided to add some new features so I got a new Q2687 and added some basic interfaces.

But, my Q2687 responds only to commands “AT” and “ATI”, all other AT commands report error, including at+wdwl (and at+wdwl?), at+cfun, at+wopen, at+cgmi, etc.

I’ve downloaded DWLWin 4.1.6.13. and tried to upload a new firmware, nothing works, regardless of the firmware version, or the order of starting the download or starting the CPU. I pulled the BOOT pin low via 10kOhm resistor as advised in many places in this forum, and I also tried pulling it up, according to the attached table found in many Q2687 files.

Then, I disassembled my Fastrack Supreme, and replaced the CPU with the now Q2687, thinking that i went wrong somewhere with my PCB design, same thing…

So, this is the first time it’s being powered up, it hasn’t been used before. Could the blank flash cause problems?!?

I really appreciate the help…

Looks like Conexant modem answers your commands. Not Wavecom Q2687 at all. Check your connection and find right COM.
