No AT commands possible

Hello,

I have several tries passed by until I wrote that message into this forum. I dont get any AT commands working after I tried to get some traces out of the Q2686H. After a download and an erase (all three checkboxes) the modem does not respond anymore. The DWLWin application works fine. In the Target Monitoring Tool I clicked on “Safe Target”, which does not bring up any change.

I also tried to update the firmware…

still the DWLWin tool is the only prog which communicates to the Board!

What I did in detail after I recognized that the AT command do not work anymore:

First

  1. delete Objects, Customization Files and Open AT Application
  2. download of the Application

Second

  1. delete Objects, Customization Files and Open AT Application
  2. download of the firmware R71a01-cus-q26-01.wpk (after that I got a bad software message on the serial link)
  3. download of the Open AT application (bad software message disappears)

But I have no luck, so the AT commands still dont work!

PS: The Q2686H is settled on a Q26 Developer Board

Since downloading the firmware gives you a bad software message, i don’t think downloading an Open AT application after that would help to resolve the issue.

Since you are using a .wpk package to re-download the firmware, the possibility of the firmware getting corrupted can also be eliminated. I would suggest you to get in touch with your Wavecom contact (may be the distributor?).

Thank you guys.

I had a very old Revision of the wireless cpus which were corrupted due to firmware updates. Now I have got new cpus and they are working fine.
