We have several RV50 modems that we think have been hacked, on the original setup we used the Ace Manager default passwords and they were never changed. And now we discovered the default passwords no longer work and we assume the only way that could have happened is the the units were hacked. My question is there anyway to get back into the units to change the password so we don’t need to do a complete provision/reset starting with Verizon?
You’ll have to visit each RV50 and factory reset it via the Reset button. Then, the default PW will work again. Change it immediately!!
