Not able to take remote control on LX40 with IP Public

Hi,

I would like to take remote CTRL on LX40.

Aleos version:4.18.2

Firmware radio:SWI9X07Y_02.37.06.05

So I followed that you recommand:

Go to ACEManager:

  1. Services → ACEManager → Remote access: HTTPS only.
  2. Ensure Port filtering-Inbound and Port filtering-Outbound, Trusted IP lists are empty in ACEmanager->Security tab.
  3. Apply all changes and reboot gateways.
  4. The SIM card assigns a WAN static IP to the gateway, using that IP to remote access ACEmanager (https://PublicIP:9443)

It doesn’t run as expected.

Any idea ? please.

WAN IP Address: 100.64.139.179

I would like to add this information, Ip address is like:

WAN IP Address: 100.64.139.179

I think its an IP CGNAT ?

Thanks for your update.
If the WAN IP address is a CGNAT IP address, that means it is a private address, you will need to be connected to the network in order to remote into the Gateway. If the WAN IP address is public with no restrictions, you can connect to the Gateway from anywhere.
Please try it again and let me know the result.

Is there other way to connect to gateway ? except both IP Public and ALMS ?
