How can I have remote Access to AceManager (GX400)?

I need access to GX400 AceManager remotely, from any place whith out other plataform.
How can I do it?

We have SIMs with static IP.

1.2.3.4:9443 depending on if you use SSL or not. Of course OTA access to ACEmanager needs to be enabled.
