are public IP addresses blocked by ethernet connection on GX400?
It responds to requests from 192.168.13.nnn to 192.168.13.31 ports 9191 or 8089
It does not respond to requests from 184.108.40.206 or any other public ip address. By not respond I mean it does nothing.
Nothing in the doco.

I need to be certain.
