Cant get to the ACE manager with the GX450

Hi Forum,
I can’t get to my modems ACE manager. If I type “ipconfig /all” in the Command Prompt, under “Default Gateway” I get no IP. How can I know what IP should I use?
The default one … 192.168.13.31:9191 does not work.
I am connected with the ethernet cable.

Have you added the 192.168.13.x subnet to your PC?

If your GX450 has defatul IP 192.168.13.31, you need to add subnet 192.168.13.x (e.g. 192.168.13.2) to the PC. You can then launch your browser and enter the IP address and port number (http://192.168.13.31:9191)

If you don’t know the ethernet IP of GX450, You can set up the USB port to work as either a virtual Ethernet port (http://192.168.14.31:9191)
