Problem accessing ACE Manager

Hi,

I can’t connect to my GX450 because for some reason the ethernet doesn’t work. i’m trying to get the usb to work but I can only connect via the serial port. If I do a fgactory reset the lights for the ethernet will turn on for a while but shut back off almost immediately. Is there something I can do?

Hi there,

Are the yellow and green lights on the ethernet port lighting up when you have the device powered on and ethernet cable plugged in?
If you are trying to access the AceManager through the usb cable, please try 192.168.14.31:9191
