ES450 Can't Access ACEmanager

Just acquired an ES450. Trying to access ACEmanager, type 192.168.13.31:9191 into IE browser per Config manual. Receive “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED”. Connected via ethernet cable, Verizon SIM, internet browsing working fine. Need to get port forwarding going thru VPN.

Any help appreciated, new to Sierra products - thanks!

To access ACEmanager:

  1. Connect a laptop to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.
  2. Launch your web browser and go to http://192.168.13.31:9191.
  3. Enter the default password.
    · For devices that support unique passwords, the default password is printed
    on the device label.
    · For other devices, the default password is 12345.
  4. Click Log In.

    Note: The laptop’s IP should be changed to same subnet with the gateway as below

I am doing as per the instruction - the default PW 12345 is not working and my unit does not have the sticker with a PW. Pls help

If the password is lost, the only way to recover access to the AirLink gateway is to press the hardware Reset button to restore all device settings to factory defaults.
To reset all settings to factory defaults, press and hold the hardware Reset button for between 7 and 20 seconds (release the button when all the front panel LEDs turn red).

After resetting to factory defaults, the user password will be reset to the default password. At that point, try using the password 12345 to see if you can log in.
