These are brand new units with active Verizon 4G LTE SIM cards. I can connect them to a laptop and get online and everything’s fine. I can’t ping to the public IP from the outside world, however. I have the setting for incoming ping to ALEOS so theoretically it should respond but just isn’t. Anyone have any experience hitting the Public IP / Forwarding ports on these? Is there something obvious that I’m missing? I’m using another internet connection to do the pinging so it’s not that…

what exactly is your use case?
Are you using a static IP?
Is it like you are able to ping GX module but not able to ping other servers like Google?
