No SMS and Voice Calls

Hello:

I have a Fastrack Supreme with:

And a Fastrack with:

I’m using the same telephony card with both modems. I’ve tested the card with a mobile phone and it’s ok, it sends and receive SMS, I can make voice calls, and so on.

The problem is that I can’t make a voice call (ATD) with the Supreme, with the otherone I have no problem. This is the sequence:

Hi txavinavarro,
With Fastrack Supreme, you should close the sim holder by push the black button at the left of the sim holder after you insert the simCard. It indicates the module that has a new Simcard insert (SIMPRESS signal).
