New Octave UI Error - Usage Incorrect

The Message Usage reported is incorrect apparently the result of a recent UI update. A test configuration soak test is generating two messages per day. This was reported correctly until 06/04. Now it reports one message per day. The stream clearly shows two messages per day as has been the case for weeks now.
