We have a fleet of MP70 which almost every new month goes into State: Suspended in the Airvantage platform.
It has happened the last three months. When they are in Suspended, we are not able to manage them remote. Our distributor gets them online again after some days, but it is a big problem due to we might have some sim cards replaced and need to remote configure the MP70.
Does anybody else see this issue or maybe have an idea why this happens?
The license is pre-paid until year 2026, so that should not be the issue.
