I have an MC7455 module that I inserted into my 64-bit Windows 10 laptop, which has a PCI-E port. I made sure to mask pins 7, 11, 13, 23, 25, 31, and 33.
I installed the drivers, but I don’t know which firmware version to use (I live in France).
My PC displays this; however, I am unable to connect to the 4G network. Could you help me?

I see that your device has received a port in the Modems section. Please double-click on that port, and it will display the COM port information.
You can use Tera Term to connect to that port. Then, please share with me the output of the following commands to check the firmware version and network status:
ATI9
AT!IMPREF?
AT+CCID
AT+CGDCONT?
AT!SELRAT?
AT!BAND?
AT+CEREG?
AT+COPS?

The modem is on port 10. When I launch Tera Term, it does not see it. However, it sees two other ports. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, but it doesn’t change anything.
Hi @RSU020,
When you double-click on the device’s port in the Modem port section, does the General tab show ‘Device status: This device is working properly’?
Please try using Putty to see if you can access COM10.
