LX60's with no internet access

My company just purchased 8 of the LX60’s, and dropped them on my desk. I have never tried to configure anything like this before. We have a loaner one with wifi, and our new ones do not, if that makes any difference. The loaner works great. The new 8 are all reporting they have no internet access, and I’m lost on getting that fixed. The application for them is to monitor remote IP cameras. So I have two questions. One is, can I copy the template from the loaner/evaluation one with wifi to the ones without, and have them get internet access? #2 would be, can anyone point me in the right direction to get the 8 new ones to connect to the web, as far as configuration goes?

Out of curiosity did you insert the 4G/5G sim from the provider into the unit?
What does the Cellular State show?
Yes you could copy the template over from one to the other

Here is an example of mine for the cellular data I use Tmobile

Thank you. Ours look similar, other than our carrier is Verizon. Cellular state shows connected and IP acquired. The sim was already installed when they got dumped on my desk, but I have taken them out and reseated them. Still no change.

Hi @dougmsbbs,

Welcome to our community!

  • Which ALEOS version and radio module firmware are LX60s running?
  • Please ensure that you connected necessary antennas to LX60s. Two antennas are required when connecting to LTE network.
  • Base on your description, you are using Verizon SIM. What APN did you set for LX60? Please confirm with the network provider that the correct APN is being used and that the SIM is still functioning properly.
  • Alternatively, please try using a different SIM (or a SIM from a different carrier) to see if it can access the network.
  • Additionally, please share the log file and template file with me.

Thanks,
