I have a LX40 that wont go online, network and signal keeps blinking red
Cellular status tells sim is present no matter if sim is present or not which i find a bit strange compared to a RV55 that can tell the diffrence if present or not.
However, in logs i get a fault
ALEOS_CELL_detectrmdetach Radio Detach Detected
Any idea whats wrong ? I tried to restore to factory, updated to newest software and radio module also.
Please make sure you have attached antennas to the LX40. Two antennas are required when connecting to an LTE network.
Which network provider’s SIM card are you using?
Please recheck the SIM currently in use to ensure that it is functioning properly — for example, by inserting it into another device (such as mobile phone,…) to check.
Alternatively, try using a different SIM that is known to be working well to see if the same issue still occurs.
Please provide full log file and template file with me.
***Here are the instructions for obtaining the log file and template file:
4.1. The configuration template file can be found in ACEmanager → Template. Provide any desired name for the Template Name, and then press Download to retrieve the template file.
4.2. Obtain the log file:
a. Go to AceManager > Admin > Log > Configure Logging.
Set all log levels to DEFAULT (NOTICE).
Set Linux Syslog to DISPLAY.
Then select Apply.
b. Reboot the gateway.
c. Go to Admin → View log → Download Logs.
After checking the log file you provided, I found that there is also a similar error log issue for the LX device on internal system. I am checking further and will update you later.
