Model: LX40 Verizon Wifi. Firmware: ALEOS 4.16.0.021, RAdio module WP7601 firmware 2.37.06.00.
It was working correctly until the Verizon plan was changed to a static IP plan. Now the Signal, Activity and Power lights are solid green and the Network light is blinking red. There is no network connection.
Solved: The APN was incorrect: it was set to VZWINTERNET, manually updated to we01.VZWSTATIC
WAN/Cellular → Cellular → General → Set Override APN to we01.VZWSTATIC and then reboot.
