LX40 Buffer full error messages

hi, we have an LX40 that a SCADA system uses to send alarm messages. The users are telling me that they are getting text messages that are delayed by most of a day. I don’t know if they mean anything but when I look in the LX40 log I see lots of errors like this:

Is that a concern? Could any of this be a reason that SMS messages are delayed hours to days?

Could you please take a look at the below question/concern and share your answers?

  1. How did you send and receive SMS messages? Did you use ACEmanager Web UI or AT commands?
  2. Did you experience any SMS send and receive delays on the LX40 in the past?
  3. What version of ALEOS and Radio module firmware is the LX40 running?
  4. Please share the entire log file related to SMS receive delays and the template file with me.

The messages are sent through an Ignition SCADA system, I don’t know how they do it.
this is a new installation and my first time using one.

Hi @controlsystems,

You can use the Message feature to send log file and template file by clicking on my name, selecting Message, just like how I am doing with your name.
