JRE runtime errors in headless mode

Hi, all

I am trying to build projects in headless mode and quite often I get JRE runtime error when importing projects into workspace. I have 27 projects that make up our application. Failure occurs on different project every time. Sometimes it works OK.
OS: Ubuntu 10.04
M2M 2.0.0

Here is error I get:
Importing project “sym_crc16” in the workspace…

A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:

Any ideas how to fix it?

Thanks,
Rudolf

Wow…
Sounds like a JVM bug, since it should not brutally crash like this…
Could you make the try with another JVM, maybe if you have an (old?) Linux system with a Sun JVM, or a on a Windows machine/box?..
