Hi there, we have telemetry equipment that still runs on the last few Q2687 modules out in the world. We recently got another batch from a new supplier but without the activation codes. I read on the forum we can get them by contacting wavecom but since wavecom is now part of sierra who should we talk to? The supplier also can’t help us.
The tools that generate these keys are now non functional so we cannot generate them.

Non functional tools? So they would have been generated on the fly and not initially when the IMEI number was assigned?
Correct, we would put the IMEI through a tool and it would come up with the key, the tool is now defunct.
