So to summarize i currently have 2 issues.

  • With a new batch of PCS, no matter USB3.0 or 2.0 the fw download gets stuck, and then the radio is constantly rebooting, uart0 not responsive, remember I deactivated UART0 with at+kusbcomp command
  • Trying to recover the rebooting radios, with the old PC, I can sometimes do a complete upgrade, but the radio is still rebooting, nothing comes out uart0

Normally I will see if I can upgrade through UART0 and see if it can be recovered…

Hello, I made a mistake, we have uart 0 routed to test points, but I didn’t see anything coming out. Anyway some good news, the rebooting radios have recovered after being all night disconnected from the host, so second bullet is resolved. Now back to the original issue.

then can you upgrade through UART0?

Hi, because of the UART0 being on difficult access to test points, we cant use it, unless it is for debug purposes. The main issue is still not being able to perform an upgrade using USB
