FX30 with Verzon: Can't Connect to network

Hi Jerdung,

Firmware (from ‘AT+GMR’) is SWI9X06Y_02.16.06.00 7605a6 jenkins 2018/06/20 17:56:12
(if this requires updating, can you include instructions on how to do so?)

The output of each command is below, however, a forewarning that I now have a second problem - the radio appears to be off and will not come back on. I imagine that will impact the output and may hide the original problem.
