FX30 - Unable to Connect to Network via SIM Card

Hello, I am trying to use the FX30 as a router, but I am unable to establish a network connection through the SIM card.

If you need any additional information, I will provide it as soon as possible.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

“cm sim info” shows it is not using SIM slot !
You can double check by AT!UIMS command

Thank you very much for the response.
Indeed, when executing the command AT!UIMS?, it originally returned a value of 3.

I changed this to AT!UIMS=1, and after that, the command cm sim info returns the following:

root@fx30:~# cm sim info

However, I am still unable to establish a connection.
I have also executed the following commands in case this information is useful:

How about using at!uims=0

With AT!UIMS=0, the behavior remains the same.

What kind of sim card are you using?
What network are you trying to connect? gsm? Cat-m? Nbiot?

We are using a card provided by Sierra Wireless, which in a previous FX30 model (prior to the current one) offers a connection without any issues.

In the labeling, the difference I see between both is that the FX30 that works is labeled as the FX30 Generic, LTE CAT 1 EMEA model, while the one that doesn’t work is labeled as the FX30 NB IoT Wireless Gateway model.

Regarding the network I am trying to connect to, it is currently configured as LTE.
root@fx30:~# cm radio getRAT
Prefered RATs : LTE

But previously it was configured as auto and changed it while looking for solutions

I have managed to establish a connection with one of the SIM cards that is not from Sierra Wireless; it is a SIM from Home Network Operator: EMnify, for which I set the APN as em using cm data apn em’. However, with the SIM card provided by Sierra Wireless, I can’t establish this connection, as I can’t find what should be entered in the APN field in this case.

I saw you are using generic pri , but not sierra pri …
