FX30 does not connect and SIM CCID does not match

I am trying to bring up an FX30 1105031 with an EIOTclub SIM (triple play = AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon) as a USB modem on a Windows 10 desktop. I am using Tera Term to connect to the AT COM port. I had to set APN to “mobile” to get a response to AT!GSTATUS? (it gave ERROR with the default) and get this:

Strangely, the SIM ICCID does not match the SIM card I bought, or the Sierra Wireless SIM card which came installed in the FX30, regardless of which one is installed. Does this mean the FX30 is not seeing the installed SIM or is there a setting I can change?

probably you need to check AT!UIMS? to see which SIM slot is activated currently

Thanks! I set UIMS to 0 and now it sees the SIM card. However, I still have to do something else to get it to connect. Not sure what I need to do.

are you using GENERIC PRI for AT!IMPREF?
Did you connect antenna?
Is “mobile” the correct APN?

Somehow, it has just started working on multiple bands. I do not know what did the trick. I have checked both GSM and LTE. The only issue is that Tx is not working. If you can help with that, I should be all set.
