I believe you display what are shown inside Windows Device Manager especially under, Modem, Network Adapters, Ports and Universal Serial Bus Adapters prior to check for others.
Sorry, I means back to basic where did that module detected by windows system ? Have you installed that specific Sierra QMI drivers ? Because I’ve EM7455 mudule installed on DELL E7270 running Windows 10 64 bit without any issues. I believe that Mobile Broadband Connect only working if that module (EM7455) was installed and recognized by the system.
