目前的情况是我有dell的dw5816e模块，通过M.2转usb，在电脑上使用，设备管理器中网络适配器可以识别的em7430，但是一直显示无服务，设备管理器内没有调制解调器，使用的Windows11系统，想通过升级官方固件变成通用版的em7430，但是升级失败，目前em7430可以识别，但是无服务，没有调制解调器，也不能升级，我想是否可以通过升级的方式将dw5816e变成通用的em7430，从而在电脑上正常使用。
