see if you can recover the module by re-downloading FW to it:

Or you can try this in Windows :
fdt2.exe -f SWI9X50C_01.14.03.00.cwe SWI9X50C_01.14.03.00_GENERIC_002.036_010.nvu

Thanks for your help.
I use fdt command to recovey the FW.
I can into at port to setup module and I found that “imperf” mismatch, so I upgrade FW again and that can become to normal.
